In SPY system it is possible to import (and maintain some) style data from an Excel-file.
To ease your data import it is a good idea to align the data structure you have in Delogue PLM with the data structure you have in SPY system.
Mapping of fields in Delogue PLM and SPY system
All fields marked with * are mandatory for the import.
UPDATE = By importing the style number again, if yes then you are able to update the data. If no, then the data will not be updated by making new import.
ADD = If yes, then you can add additional data by making a new import.

Before you start importing into SPY system
Make sure that, once you setup your account:
- Size set* in SPY system is created and name has the same name as Size range in Delogue PLM.
- Brand* in SPY system is created and name has the same name as Brand in Delogue PLM.
- Customs Tariff in SPY system is created and name has the same name as Allowed values - Custom fields in Delogue PLM.
- Type in SPY system is created and name has the same name as Group or Allowed values - Custom Field in Delogue PLM.
- Category in SPY system is created and name has the same name as Style Category or Allowed values - Custom Field in Delogue PLM.
- Gender in SPY system is created and name has the same name as Allowed values - Custom Field in Delogue PLM.
- Sub-Brand in SPY system is created and name has the same name as Allowed values - Custom Field in Delogue PLM.
- Assortment table* in SPY system is created and name has the same name as Allowed values - Custom Field in Delogue PLM.
Make sure that, before every import:
- Season name* in SPY system is created and has the same name as Season in Delogue PLM.
- Deliveries* in SPY system are created and has the same name as the Allowed values in Custom fields in Delogue PLM.
- Quality in SPY system is created and name has the same name as Allowed values in Custom fields in Delogue PLM.
- Color name in SPY system is created and name has the same name as Color Name in Delogue PLM.
- Supplier in SPY system is created and name has the same name as Supplier name in Delogue PLM.
Setup in Delogue PLM
Item list - Add colors
Note that colors imported into SPY needs to be updated in SPY in case of "inactive" status.
Measurement chart - Size range
Note that inactive colors will have no impact on this import.
Custom fields:
Note that you can use Custom field per color to handle different deliveries per color.
Setup Custom report for SPY Export
Create new report
Select at least one brand and season.
Make sure to select "All styles"
Select relevant style data:
Select relevant custom fields:
Sort the order to match order of columns in SPY import file:
Select export report to Excel:
Select style/color:
When you open the Excel export file, then delete 2nd column: Style color ID
Copy the lines excluding the header:
And paste it into the Import file for SPY system:
