WHY ARE SAMPLE REQUESTS CANCELED

Sample requests are only canceled for the following 3 reasons:

1) When a new measurement chart is imported

2) Style is canceled

3) The size range was changed in the measurement chart.

4) Deactivating/ closing of a color on Items List.
