CUSTOM FIELDS SETUP
When in need of extra fields to fill in data, simply add more custom fields. They are useful when making integration with any ERP system and where specific data has to be provided during data transfers.
Your company admin can set up and edit the needed custom fields either on a style or item level.
NOTE: If there are no custom fields defined, they can't be used and Users will not see anything on Style or Item level.
An overview of your custom fields for both styles and items will be available in the Admin section, under the option 'Custom Fields'.
You need Custom Fields per Color - no problem. We have an add-on Module for this feature - you can read all about it here

Once you have created one or more Dividers - you can place your other Custom Fields into the section they need to belong to.
Simple drag and drop the custom fields below the divider they belong to, or drag the divider into the correct place.
Any custom fields that are NOT below any divider does not belong to any section.
Like you deactivate groups, seasons and categories, you can also deactivate custom fields. When deactivated, they will no longer appear in any style.
All custom field types have an 'ACTIVE' column. Simply mouse over the custom field row and click the blue edit icon - or double-click on the table row. When in edit mode, a pop-up window will appear where you can uncheck the option 'Active'
If you at a later stage reactivate a field, the previous data typed for a style will still appear.
If you are going to make integration with an ERP provider, make sure that the custom fields have the same structure as the ERP.
