DEFINING COMMENT FIELDS

Comment fields are used when you comment sample requests. By default a set of comment boxes have been created (Measurement, Design, Item placement and finish)

Some brands wants to disable some of these and/or create their own comment box.

This can be administrated in the Admin section, under the option 'Sample types' and then the subtab 'comment fields'.

DISABLING COMMENT FIELDS

1) Choose the sub-tab 'comment fields' and click on the comment field you want to disable

2) Remove the checkbox of the comment field you want to disable and then click the green save button afterwards

NOTE: Next time you create a sample request this structure will be used. All existing sample requests will not be changed - only going forward.

CREATING A NEW COMMENT FIELD

1) Choose the sub-tab 'comment fields' and click the 'Add comment field' button

2) Enter a name for the new comment field.

NOTE: You can drag and drop the order of the fields, which will be reflected when you are commenting your received samples.

3) Click on the green V to save your new comment field.

NOTE: Next time you create a sample request this structure will be used. All existing sample requests will not be changed - only going forward.

SETTING A NEW COMMENT FIELD TO INTERNAL

It is possible to set the New Comment fields you set up - to Internal. The default comment fields that Delogue always provides - can not be set to Internal.

This means that your Suppliers will not be able to see them.

Just set a check-mark on the Comment Field you want to be Internal.

Click on save to save the new setting.

NOTE: Next time you create a sample request this structure will be used. All existing sample requests will not be changed - only going forward.

SET A COMMENT FIELD TO BE USED IN THE COMMENTS REPORT

For each of all your comment fields - both the default ones and the ones you have created - it is possible to mark them to appear in the Comments Report.

When you have a given Comment Field in edit mode - simply set a check-mark in the check-box for "Use in Comments Report"

Just click Save and your setting is saved.
