The first time you want to create a Custom Report you click on the big icon - as shown below.
A popup appears where you must set your filter options for the Custom Report.
It's mandatory to enter a report name in the header as well as minimum one brand and one season. The mandatory fields are shown with red below.
The rest of the fields are optional for you to use in the filter.
In this example below I want to see all styles from the brand 'Demo brand' from season 'SS18'.
Afterwards you must click on Next in the bottom right corner.
In the next window you must select which basic fields from the styles you want to include in your report. Make sure you only select those fields you actually need.
Click Next when you have made your selection
In the next window you can select which custom fields (from the style custom field tab) you want to include in your report.
Click next when you have made your selection.
In the next window you can select which fields from the price calculation you want to include in your report.
Please note that in the price fields you can set the number of decimals you want to export. By default it is 2.
Click Next when you are done.
In the last window you can set the order of the columns you just selected, by drag and drop the lines shown. This will set the order in your report.
You can also set the width of the columns - by default it is 100.
Click Save when you done selecting:
Now you have created your Custom Report and you will see the result of the styles within that filter.
Your Custom Report is saved as a favorite. So that you can always get back to this report.
The next time you want to create a different Custom Report just click on the yellow star - then the popup will appear and you can go through the same steps as just described.
