GENERAL SETTINGS IN DELOGUE


In the Admin section, under the option 'General Settings, you can set up different values to be used throughout the system:


 

UNITS

 


In Units, you can set up which units you will use on your items.


ADDING A UNIT


1) Click the 'Add Unit' button


2) In the new table row, type in ID (optional) and the unit name



3) Click the small green icon to add your new unit


DELETING A UNIT


It is possible to delete units that are no longer in use or were created by mistake.

Simply mouse over the unit row you want to delete and click the delete icon.



INTEGRATION WITH YOUR ERP


If you make an integration with an ERP provider, make sure that the IDs and Unit names have the same structure as the ERP.


  FILES


STYLE DEFAULT FOLDERS


If you need to use some Default Folders in Style Files; this is the place where you set these up.


Once you set them up - they will be created on all new Styles. It is important to notice that they will NOT be created on styles you created before you set up your default folders.


Click on "Add default folder"



You can now name your folder.

You can decide if you want it to be visible for your Suppliers or not.

Just click on the save button and you have a Default Folder.

You can create as many folders you need.



It is possible to edit the setting for the folder being visible for Suppliers or not.

It is possible to delete default folders.

These changes will only effect new Styles.



FILE SERVER SETUP

  LANGUAGES


Languages are used in connection with the Marketing add-on module - read more about its benefits here.

After acquiring the module, you can set up which languages you want to use for your marketing texts.


ADDING A LANGUAGE 


1) Click the 'Add Language' button



2) In the new table row, type in ID (optional) and the language name



3) Click the small green icon to add your new language


DELETING A LANGUAGE 


Like in Units, it is also possible to delete languages.

Simply mouse over the language row and click the delete icon to erase a specific language.




INTEGRATION WITH YOUR ERP


If you make an integration with an ERP provider, make sure that the IDs and Language names have the same structure as the ERP.


  LOCATION

You can set up several Locations - that will be used in your Sample Requests.


Just click on the "Add location" to add a new one.


Here you can type in the correct address.

You can select which one of your addresses you want to be the default Location - you can only have one default location.

And you have to select one of them.

Remember to click on the Save button.


The default Location will then always be listed as the Location on all your Sample Requests  - unless of course you select one of the other addresses.


DELETING A LOCATION


If you have a Location  that you don't need anymore - you can just delete it.


Simply mouse over the Location row and click the delete icon to remove it.



  BARCODES


Barcodes is a add-on module.

Please read all about how you set up SKU/Barcodes here


  LIMITATIONS


In this general setting it is possible to set a limit on how many characters both Style Name and Itemsize name.

If you for some reason needs to make sure that names does not get too long.


Just type in the number you need.

Remember that spaces will count as a character.




  PRINT OPTIONS


There are several print options you can set.


Style Print Order

This is an add-on module.


With this setting it is possible for the Company Admin to set up what should default be printed when Users prints styles


Here the Company Admin can set check-marks for the fields he want Users to print as default.


Company Admin can also set the order of the fields on the Print pop-up on Style level.



It is important to notice that the User can of course always change what he wants to print - when he is printing a Style. Here he can add or remove check-boxes from the print pop-up.



Book of Styles and Style Prices Print

This is an add-on module.


This section is about how you set up these two types of special print.


For Book of Styles and Style Prices you can set up which Price field you want to use for sorting on Price Level - you can only select between active Price fields and you can only select one field.




For Book of Styles you can first of all Set up if you want the Style Name or the Style Number to appear in the Header of the print.


Next you can select up to 8 data fields - you don't have to select all 8.

These data fields can be either some of the master fields, or it can be your Style Custom Fields or your Price fields.

You select these data fields in the order you want them to appear in the print.


Remember to click on the tiny green save button.

Now you have saved your Book of Styles print settings.

For Style Prices you can select up to five Price fields - you do not need to select all five fields.

You select these data fields in the order you want them to appear in the print.

For each selection you can decide if you want the field to appear in bold in the print or not.



Remember to click on the tiny green save button.

Now you have saved your Style Prices print settings.

Colorway Print

This is an add-on module.


You can select up to 8 data fields - you don't have to select all 8 - that you want to appear in your Colorway print.

These data fields can be either some of the master fields, or it can be your Style Custom Fields or your Price fields.

You select these data fields in the order you want them to appear in the print.

  HEADER


Extra field in Style header


In this general setting it is possible for you to set if you want an extra field in the Style Header. A field you might need for some extra information that you always want to see in the Style Header.


In the drop-down you can select between your active Custom Fields.


It will be saved once you have selected the Custom Field.


Next time you go to a Style you will now see this extra field in the Style header.

On the Style Header values can be selected when the Style Header is in edit mode.



Concatenate Supplier ID and Supplier name in Style Header


It is also possible for you to set up that you want Supplier ID and Supplier Name to be concatenated in the Style Header field named Supplier.


Simply set a check-mark.
