SIZES OVERVIEW

Size range is used to define sample request sizes and create a measurement chart.

If you only have one size, you still need to create a size range to be able to make a sample request.

An overview of your sizes range will be available in the Admin section, under the option 'Sizes'.

CREATING A SIZE RANGE

1) Click the 'Add size range' button to create a size range

2) In the new table row, type in the name of your size range and the respective sizes - extra boxes will appear if you add than 6 size steps

NOTE: You cannot add or delete size steps to an existing size range at a later stage. Therefore, make sure you have all the sizes you need in different size ranges. Ex. XS-XL and XS-L are two different size ranges, so both need to be created.

3) Decide if your new size you are adding will be your Default Size Range. You can only have one.

4) Click the green small icon to save.

SETTING A DEFAULT GRADING SIZE

Once you have saved a Size Range you can set if there should be a Default grading size. (This can also be done for old Size Ranges)

1) Mouse over on the size range name and click the blue edit button - or you can simply double click on the row.

2) When the row is in edit mode, you can select which of the sizes in this size range should be the default.

4) Click the green small icon to save.

RENAMING A SIZE RANGE

You can change the name of your size ranges whenever necessary. Simply mouse over the size range name and click the blue edit icon - or double-click on the table row.
When in edit mode, type in the new name and click the green small icon to save your changes.

DEACTIVATE A SIZE RANGE

Just like in Groups, you can deactivate a size range if you no longer need it and it won't affect existing styles.

To do so, select the size range you want to deactivate and uncheck the option 'ACTIVE'.

SETTING A DEFAULT UNIT

It is possible to set up which Unit you want as a default unit when you create measurement charts.

Just click on the drop-down and select the one you need. It will be saved once you have selected it and will ONLY influence new Measurement charts.

INTEGRATION WITH YOUR ERP

If you are going to make integration with an ERP provider, please make sure that the size ranges have the same structure as in the ERP.
